SLEEP IS A GIFT
God therefore created sleep for humanity as a gift to be enjoyed. It is a state of rest by a suspension of voluntary exercise of the powers of the body and mind. Sleep can occur at any time of the day when your mental (brain) and physical organs are inactive or relaxed. However, all over the world men sleep at night after a daily activity. This occurs voluntarily or naturally because your body needs rest whether you have worked throughout the day or not. God will not deny you sleep despite the fact that you have wasted the day. It is good to note that sleep is free gift to both Man, Animals and some plants.

WHY DID GOD CREATE SEX?
Sex is created by God to be enjoyed by married couples for procreation and pleasure. Sex is good, and infact it is very good, since since all things God created are very good. However, when sex is practiced outside the institution of marriage, the essence of it is abused, no matter how pleasurable it may be that pleasure is temporal and it often brings guilt,shame and reduses sense of worth.

SEX, IS EVERYONE DOING IT?
It seems like everyone is doing it. It's seen on television and in movies, magazines and books. Why would anyone think differently about having ''premarital relations?'' Today's society not only puts pressure on people to have sex before marriage, but it also celebrates it as normal and acceptable .Guys don't think that they are men unless they sleep around, and many girls think that they must sleep with their boyfriends to ''keep'' them. Others think that they must "cool" 'to have multiple sexual partners. Clearly, our moral standards have changed for the worse.
